The Spryfield Pelham Electric not only won their first game this past Monday but also joined forces with the oldest amateur athletics clubs in Halifax; The Resolutes Club located on Inglis street will join Pelham Electric this year as premier sponsors.

The Resolutes Club is located in the South End of Halifax on Inglis St.  The club makes an excellent home for our baseball team with Pool Tables, Shuffle Board, Darts and dollar for dollar some of the best food in Halifax. Also the club will be the first stop on the 1st annual Pelham Electric pub crawl on June 25th. Keep an eye on our Sponsors page so you can stay up to date on events at the Resolutes Club.

The Resolutes Club is a private non-profit club, that requires it's members pay a $10 annual fee. The club offers a spacious area for any event along with free pool.

On the field TJ Heighton had a night Monday versus Cole Harbour. After being down 4-2 going into the 6th, Pelham exploded for 6 runs with the help of some wild pitching from the Cardinals. TJ had a couple of hits (2 for 3), 3 walks, 5 RBI's and picked up Scott Pelham's season debut on the mound and closed the door the rest of the way for the win.

Mike Laphen also had a break out night with 3 hits, 3 runs scored, 2 RBI's and 2 stolen bases.

Spryfield's next game will be played Sunday June 5th at 7:30 versus Bedford; game is at Mainland Commons....
